WING FAIRING FIX: When we initially did the upper wing fairings at the factory, we had the flaps tight into the flap pocket and made the fairing match the flap. To double check things, I made a wing profile template and checked the flaps and fairings. As you've likely guessed, the correct flap position is not 100% tight in the pocket. Thus, when the flap is correctly positioned, the fairings don't match. To fix it, I cut out part of the fairing rib and then rebonded the fairing to better match the correctly positioned flap.
