SNF 2006: I stopped and looked at a TSIO-550 engine which Lancair had for sale (nearly new) on the way to SNF (which I later bought). At SNF I also researched props and ordered a New MT. The prop will not be here until the fall - it's a long lead time item. The two ES's shown below belong to Brian Burr (UT) and Ron Raby (NH). Both won awards! After returning home, I was motivated to get sanding again. I also noticed several ES's with small surface/paint cracks on the gear leg fairings. I added a couple bids of carbon to the lower gear fairing edge.
