N727RT Progress Summary:  Jul 2006  .

BOTTOM IN PRIMER & OSH 2006:  Back to the bottom.  The initial coats of primer were added back in May.  After spending countless hours on a few trouble spots, the final two coats are added here.  The second to last coat is sprayed on and sanded with a long board.  Then, the final coat is added and only lightly buffed smooth with 400 grit wet/dry.  For an amateur, it all came out pretty nice 9+/10.  However, there was nothing efficient about it.

It is my intention to (eventually) do the test flights in this configuration.  Then, well after the test flights, I'll sand/clean up the last primer coat some more and start the final bodywork and paint process.
